if i paied for this order. how many days can i get it
we normally ship it from china. so if your country is not far from china like korea . then it just need 10days. if you are in USA, Then package need 15~20days. all of our products are free shipping. so we normally use post office or E PACKET to ship your order.
do i need to pay freight ?
all of our product is free shipping. but they need 10days ~30days to arrived at your city. but if you want fast shipping liKE DHL(2~3DAYS) then you have to pay $30 freight .
how to exchange products
if you want to change the different color or different size, please do not broken the label on wig. ship it back to use through your post office(you have to pay the $8~13$ freight) , we will ship new one to you after we get the tracking number (we pay the freight of our side)
